About Us

Many who visit our page have a common interest, photography. Most likely because they have are curious about us or have a love of the Canon brand. The intention of our group is to help potential and current shooters (of all kinds) find their way in the world of photography. Eventually tutorials will be available about the necessities of photography, and others specifically focused on using Canon equipment. We're not here to flaunt our brand. Have fun, meet other people with the same interests, and help one another to grow.

Whether you're a visitor or member, we hope you find our corner of the community helpful and welcoming. Remember, it's not the equipment, it's the photographer.

 I'm not a member of your club, in fact I do fractals mostly but I have a Cannon Rebel XTi that my hubby got me this past year as an anniversary present. I would appreciate any advice as to how to take pictures of horses. I'm going this coming weekend to a horse show and need some advice that a newbie can use to take some decent pictures.

They're about equal at that level, so either one would do. Though I think you're best off with the SX100.
